- Led a six-person Android team working on the One app (formerly Vodafone), used by more than one million customers.
- Performed final code reviews and set coding standards for the Android codebase.
- Represented Android development in leadership discussions, assigned work across the team and coordinated development for planned releases.

- Developed Android apps including NU.nl and the Semmelweis app, and worked on ongoing stability and performance improvements for NU.nl.

- Built and maintained Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, working with Bitbucket and Jira.

About
Code and team
Whether I'm developing or leading, I stay close to the code. Code reviews, technical decisions and release planning all start from what I see in the codebase as a developer.
I worked in Scrum teams for more than a decade. At Mondriaan, I combined Android team leadership and Scrum Master responsibilities for three years, before later leading the Android team at One Hungary. My work included discussing priorities and technical options with business stakeholders.
